Little Wahaca is a vintage caravan specialising in Latin American food. We are a small family business run by chef / owner Trent, who has been a chef on the Gold Coast for 18 years. All of our dishes are hand made using local and imported ingredients. We use traditional methods to create our food, however adding a modern twist. Little Wahaca has everything from hand pressed gorditas and tacos, amazing salsa’s and marinades, slow braised and grilled meats, ceviche’s and salads. We can customise our menu to suit your catering needs, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan friendly dishes.
