Clinto’s Kupmurri is the new kid on the block of the food truck scene and the only food truck serving traditional Australian cuisine. We are Aboriginal, local, organic, eco-friendly and cruelty free. Our chef is a Gamilaraay man and has more than 15 years industry experience with international cuisine. The kupmurri, or kuppa-murri, similar to the Maori’s hangi, is a traditional method of cooking a feast of meats and vegetables in underground ovens. Using contemporary cooking methods we bring this ceremonial feast to the mainstream while continuing to service Aboriginal community groups at cultural events. Our ingredients are Australia’s own natural superfoods packed full of health benefits and some the oldest foods in the world. The kupmurri feast is not just a meal, it’s an experience.
